Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Environmental Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the FalconWatch platform and our website. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
